PARTS AND SERVICE WARRANTIES

Overhaul: Twelve (12) months from date of overhaul*

Repair: Six (6) months from date of repair*

Bench Check: Products strictly tested by Skyteam International are certified to be within manufacturer tolerance at the time of testing and carry no implied warranty.

*Products repaired and overhauled by        Skyteam International are warrantied against defects in material and workmanship for the time period listed above by service provided.  This warranty applies to the specific work scope provided and parts replaced at the time of service.

This warranty is not applicable to any product that has failed due to abuse, misuse, improper installation, excessive voltage, or alterations. The warranty may also be voided if Skyteam International determines the product has been tampered with, i.e. missing or broken warranty seals or missing or replaced tamperproof fastener applications.

Skyteam International shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental damages incurred and assumes no responsibility or liability for expenses incurred in the installation or removal of its warrantied products.

Please include a repair order with a detailed description of the malfunction/failure. No RMA number is required. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ship the warranty requested component to Skyteam International for warranty consideration and SkyTeam International is not responsible for covering the shipping expenses incurred in returning the unit to our facility. 

 

Valid Warranties

Defects found to be the fault of Skyteam International will be repaired free of charge. A new warranty period will begin on the date the new Airworthiness Certificate is issued for the original service requested.

 

Invalid Warranties

Components found to have failed due to material or workmanship unrelated to Skyteam International’s service will be repaired at normal cost. A new warranty period will begin on the date the new Airworthiness Certificate is issued for the original service requested.
