NO SCRAP FEES AND NO RAI FEE PRE-TEARDOWN EVALUATION

SkyTeam will test components free of charge. Upon passing the test, a fresh INSPECTED/TESTED 8130-3 will be issued, and a certification fee will apply. If a component fails to test, the customer can have their unit returned as-is (RAI) or scrapped on-site at no cost. Should a customer request a detailed evaluation a standard teardown evaluation fee will apply. Upon approval of a repair, the evaluation fee will be waived and only the quoted repair price will be due.

GUARANTEED 12 DAY TAT OR 20% OFF  

Should SkyTeam not ship a repaired component within 12 business days of receipt, excluding holidays and approval time, and fail to provide a no-cost exchange unit, then a 20% labor discount will be applied to the last approved quote revision. Exclusions: Overhauls and Gyroscopes will have a 20 calendar day TAT guarantee. Items arriving past 12 pm EST will be received the following business day. Quote approvals received after SkyTeam business hours will be received the next day. This offer does not apply to fixed rate or contract deals.

EXTENDED WARRANTIES

Repair warranties extended to 12 months. Overhaul warranties extended to 18 months. This warranty period begins from the tag date. GYROSCOPES are covered under a 6-month warranty for repairs and a 12-month warranty for overhauls.

To better serve our customers our sales team will provide a status report with updates on customer components every Friday.
